Can I order over the telephone?
Unfortunately not, we take online payment security very seriously and cannot due to regulations hold your card details.
We are compliant with Industry standard PCI-DSS and cannot retain any payment details. Payments will be transacted via our secure trading partner SagePay. Please place your order online to maintain a secure and trustworthy transaction.
Items listed in Last Chance Offers are for single items only and will be removed after sale. Items are not available to previous customers of specific items and orders may not be fulfilled if stock has been depleted.
We have now introduced 3D secure payment authorisation to protect both you the customer and us the supplier from fruadulent transactions.
This process checks that only you (the rightful user of your card) is paying for purchases.

Can I request an Urgent Order Delivery
Yes you can, Please email us when you place your order and we will confirm timescales and cost for this service.
Our standard delivery is 3-5 working days, Express delivery for 1-3 working days is dependant on the time of your order, Public Holidays, weekends, order value and location.

When will I expect my order?
We make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible.Deliveries will normally be within 5 working days, unless you have selected an Express Delivery option.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase but we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return goods to us. Please make sure that you are going to keep the item before recycling the boxes. Goods not returned in their original packaging will be subject to a 15% handling fee of the item value excluding vat.
If we consider the return not to be in a re-saleable condition the item will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
We do stress that items will need to be resold and should be in similar condition to when it was shipped to you. Please do not unduly mark the boxes or damage in any way the packaging. Your assistance would be appreciated and the cost of any return shall be the responsibility of the customer. Thank you
Can I visit you for collection?
No. All our products are supplied via courier delivery.
Do I need to be in to accept delivery?
Yes, we need to know you have received your parcel safely.
Can you deliver to BFPO or PO Box addresses?
No.
Are any of your products carry-on or cabin luggage compatible?
We will indicate where possible if an item may qualify but all airlines do have differing and changing standards. We will show a guide to this but cannot be responsible if a carrier refuses. Please check with your airline.
