Q.Where can I get my Victorinox luggage repaired or replaced under warranty?

Q.How much is delivery?

*The cost of Delivery is free over £50. For smaller orders it is £8 for orders up to £50. If you need something urgently please contact for a quotation and timescales

Q.Is my order ready for dispatch?

We make every effort to keep all items avalable to purchase

Q.Can I order over the telephone?

Unfortunately not; we take online payment security very seriously and cannot due to Regulations hold your card details.

We are compliant with Industry standard PCI-DSS and do not retain any payment data. Payments will be transacted via our trusted secure trading partner SagePay or PayPal. Please place your order online to maintain a secure and trustworthy transaction for all parties.

Q.Warehouse Sale Items

Items listed in Warehouse Offers are for single items only and will be removed after sale. Items are not available to previous customers of specific items and orders may not be fulfilled if stock has already been depleted.

All items have the full back up and warranty from Victorinox and are sold to clear space on pallets or racks in our storage facility.

Q.Secure Payments

We have secure payment authorisation procedures  to protect both you the customer and us the supplier from fruadulent transactions. We use SagePay and Paypal as as partners to keep your details private and add to your protection.

Q.When will I expect my order?

We make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. Deliveries will normally be between 3 to 4 working days.

Q.Returns

We want you to be delighted with your purchase but we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return goods to us.

We are based in the UK so its easy to send things back to us, or for you to get expert help with the process. We also will refund any balances within a few days of recieving the item. No problem.

Please make sure that you are going to keep the item before recycling the boxes. Goods not returned in their original packaging will be subject to a 15% handling fee of the item value excluding vat. If we consider the return not to be in a re-saleable condition (ie used or damaged etc) the item will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.

We do stress that items will need to be resold and should be in similar condition to when it was shipped to you. Please do not unduly mark the boxes or damage in any way the packaging. Your assistance would be appreciated and the cost of any return shall be the responsibility of the customer. Thank you

We do not offer a free returns serice due to the high cost of logistics and this keeps our cost low so we can pass on saving to our cutomers with the most competitive pricing and a high level of UK customer support. We hope you understand, but please consider this when sizing your luggage purchase and do let us know if we can help you choose.

Q.Can I visit you for collection?

No. All our online products are ordered and supplied direct to you via courier delivery.

Q.Do I need to be in to accept delivery?

Yes, we need to know you have received your parcel safely.

Q.Can you deliver to BFPO or PO Box addresses?

No.

Q.Are any of your products carry-on or cabin luggage compatible?

We will indicate where possible if an item may qualify but all airlines do have differing and changing standards. We will show a guide to this but cannot be responsible if a carrier refuses. Please check with your airline for their current dimensions.
